I like to call myself a "Serendipity" artist as I love to work in a large variety of styles and mediums. Creating to me IS art, so everything is a possible art project waiting to happen. I love to make primitive halloween items that look all grunged up and old. I make potion bottles with grungy tags by using repurposed bottles and creating unique labels to attach to them. I make something I have decided to call Potion Pouches, these are handmade envelopes to look like they are made to store smaller amounts of "dry" varieties of potion ingredients ~ like the pouch in my slideshow for VAMPIRE FINGERNAILS. I also do a variety of grunged spiders, witches, custom handmade party invitations and many other spooky style items. Making Halloween items is fun because it makes you feel a little bit like a kid again! Awh heck it's just plain FUN! New Techi Technique Learned!
I just uploaded a new item to my blogspot, a transparent style rotating photo cube. Don't know how long these have been around, LOL, but I finally figured out how to do one. By Way of Salem said… - Oh thanks. Yeah we LOVE doing the blog - it's fun to add stuff. We're trying to keep it more related to what we're making other than real personal - you know, what we did this weekend, etc... We put more of the personal stuff on our website under Bag's Corner. That's going to have more things added to it - funny articles, pics of our home life, craft room, etc... Sure if you need some help, let us know. That was our first time too but it's really easy to add stuff.
